Summer Session Information

The Student Records and Financial Services Center is located in Bagen Hall, room 106 (716-888-2600 or 1-800-278-8933).  During the Summer Session, the office will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  THE COLLEGE WILL BE CLOSED ON MAY 30 AND JULY 4, 2016.

Student Financial Aid

Students who wish to apply for federal financial aid and loans for summer must be enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours (undergraduate) or 4.5 credit hours (graduate) total for all summer sessions.  Interested students must be matriculating toward a degree and file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  Summer is the beginning of a new academic year at Canisius. Therefore the FASFA should be for the new year.  (Example for Summer 2016, a 2016-2017 FASFA is required. Vehicle Registration Fee 

All students parking vehicles on college property must register their vehicles.  A prorated registration fee will be assessed. This fee will enable the student to park the registered vehicle on campus property from May 16 to August 15, 2016.  Parking tags are issued by the Student Records & Financial Services Center. If your vehicle was registered for the Fall and/or Spring semester, you will not be required to register it for Summer Session 2016.  For further information contact the Student Records & Financial Services Center at (716) 888-2600. Housing will be available on campus for male and female students contingent upon the level of occupancy for Summer Session 2016. For information on availability and costs per room, please contact the Residence Life Office, (716) 888-8300.
