It's the Holiday Season....and the Time for Finals!
Hello Good People!
While in route to class today, it dawned on me that Buffalo has pretty much been spared from all of the snow that other parts of the New York State have had, and is thus, quite lucky I must say; however, as someone who loves the cold weather and even snow greatly, I am a little disappointed. True, it is in the 20's-30's outside which means that I am satisfied with the weather, but seeing how scarce the snow is around Buffalo, I am a bit sad. Now I know some folks are going to wonder “is this guy serious or is he just completely crazy?” but there is just something about the snow and cold that I really like. Perhaps it is because I tend to be the nicest when it is frigid outside…go figure, right?
Well, here at Canisius we are preparing to conclude the semester and recess for the holiday season. With this being the last week of classes before finals, everyone—including yours truly—is burning the proverbial midnight oil getting all of my final work completed and submitted. What I always find funny is that around this time, the library is always laden with students, some of whom probably never visit the library until this time comes. I find it funny because the library should be the one place that everyone should be intimately acquainted with all of the time, but for some, I guess that statement is only relevant part of the time.

During the holiday break I will be sleeping a great deal to catch up on all that I have missed out on during the semester, and I will be spending time with friends and family. As us college students usher in our much deserved vacation, I would like to wish you all a wonderfully splendid holiday season :)
