International Student Scholarships

All International Students accepted to Canisius will be considered for a scholarship based on the following criteria:
  • Secondary transcripts
  • Any college coursework completed
  • TOEFL scores*
  • SAT scores (if taken)
International students do not have to apply separately for scholarships. The scholarship amount will be determined at the time of acceptance and may range up to $14,000 per year. Notification of scholarship amount will be sent with your acceptance packet.

Please note: All international students are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam if English is not their first (native) language. Results must be sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
