Specialized Scholarships

In addition to the general scholarships offered to prospective freshman in the 2012-2013 academic year, Canisius College has continued its commitment to affordable education with scholarship awards for students with special interests.

Urban Leadership Learning Community Scholarship

The ULLC Scholarship is a competitive, four-year renewable scholarship covering 50-100 percent of a student’s tuition, room/ board and fees.  The purpose of the scholarship is to help finance one’s education, while taking into account demonstrated financial need for students with an interest in promoting diversity and an inclusiveness in learning, living, and problem solving. MLK Scholarship

Canisius College offers a limited number of $1,000/year scholarships in memory of Dr. Martin Luther King. Applicants must be accepted for admission. A separate application, an essay and letters of recommendation must be submitted by Wednesday, February 15, 2012 for consideration. Further details and an application are available by clicking here
