Hello everyone! 

I hope you all are having a great start to the new school year!  It’s good to be back in Buffalo.  This summer was fun in El Paso, Texas, but the weather was getting a little too hot for me.  Right now the weather in Buffalo is perfect; it’s been sunny practically every day since school started.  I can’t get over the fact that this is my last year at Canisius.  Since I’m majoring in Marketing in conjunction with the FIT program I will be moving to New York City next fall to study fashion merchandising.  I’m super excited about this upcoming experience but also nervous because I’ll be leaving all my friends and my second home behind.  I guess I’ll just live it up while I’m still at Canisius!

Since I’ve been back at Canisius I moved into a new apartment, started classes and a new on-campus job.  Last year I lived in the Village Townhouses which are very nice and spacious.  However, my roommates and I wanted a change this year so we decided to live in the Main-Humboldt Townhouses.  They’re both similar in size but Main-Humboldt has more of a homier feel which we like.    Classes have been good so far.  Now that I’m a junior I’m only taking classes that are directly related to my major.  Consumer Behavior is my favorite class.
