Canisius College

I am happy to say that I have successfully completed my first semester at Canisius College.  I was rewarded with a nice long break.  I was able to see my family and old friends again which was really nice.  Because I live in Connecticut, these breaks are the only time that I am able to visit my family and friends.  I had lots of fun, but I still missed my new friends I have from Canisius.  So I was excited to go back for my second semester this January. 

Although it was nice to get away, after a month, I was starting to miss everything up in Buffalo (even my classes if you can believe that).  This semester I was able to take what I consider to be some more interesting classes.  For example, instead of learning about cells and their parts (which I always found to be extremely boring), I am now learning about animals and plants.  I also no longer have to take English, which had always been my least favorite subject.

It took me a few days to readjust to the college life.  After my first week of classes, however, I feel right at home again and am really looking forward to the rest of the semester.  I just hope that it’s as much fun as the last semester.
