Learn How to Double or Triple Your Impact
Wouldn’t it be great if you could double or even triple the value of your gift to Canisius? Well, if your employer offers a matching program, YOU CAN!
Thousands of companies match their employees’ gifts to non-profits, doubling or even tripling the value of their employees’ charitable giving every year.
Taking advantage of this opportunity is as simple as 1, 2, 3:
- Determine whether your employer offers a matching gift program by using our searchable matching gift database or contacting your HR Department
- Make your gift to Canisius*
- Follow your company’s matching gift guidelines to submit a request for a match – some employers require you to submit a form with a copy of the gift receipt to their HR department while others allow you to submit the form directly to Canisius College
All of these steps can be completed online at Canisius.edu/gift.
Like all gifts to the college, your matching gift plays a critical role in our ability to provide much-needed tuition assistance and deliver transformative learning experiences for our students. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your impact at Canisius even further!
For questions, please call the Canisius Fund Office at 716-888-2712.
*Already made a gift? It may not be too late to have your gift matched! Ask your Human Resources office if your company’s match applies to gifts made in the last several months and send your form to the Canisius Fund (Lyons Hall, 206) office for processing. The Canisius Fund Campaign concludes on May 31.
