Timeline for Planning:
  • Step 1 - At final planning meeting of the prior year, determine date for organizational meeting.
  • Step 2 - Include within final planning meeting minutes,* and E mail notice one week after the final planning meeting.
  • Step 3 - E-mail a reminder notice 4 weeks before organizational meeting; should include RSVP.
  • Step 4 - E-mail a reminder to leadership committee members one week before organizational meeting; include agenda.
  • Step 5 - Determine annual meeting calendar at organizational meeting.
  • Step 6 - Include in organizational meeting minutes and E mail notice immediately.
  • Step 7 - Post annual meeting schedule on chapter's webpage.
  • Step 8 - E-mail a reminder notice two weeks prior to each planning meeting.
  • Step 9 - Call leadership committee members who do not respond to the E mail one week prior to each planning meeting; and E mail agenda.

*All minutes should be sent to the leadership committee within one week of each meeting.
