Executive Leadership Series: Early Leaders

Overview

This series of courses is designed for young professionals who are new to your organization, and possibly new to the corporate experience.  Excited to learn and ready to move quickly, young professionals need to work to establish their credibility, set priorities for themselves and their teams, and gain a broader understanding of the business world.

Upon completion of this series, young professionals will be ready to take on additional responsibility in their job roles, set realistic goals and establish realistic expectations.  They will have a greater understanding and appreciation of teamwork, having gained experience working with - and learning from - others.  They will return to their jobs focused on making connections to help bolster the business and be able to build positive reputations.
