Quota Professional Sales Management

Participants will develop a better understanding of how to successfully manage the spectrum of Sales Management responsibilities.  A special emphasis will be placed on sales coaching to ensure in-field sales team performance.  Students will be ready to assume roles as sales supervisors/managers post-course.

  • Territory Marketing Plans (TMP)
  • Focused Coaching Programs
