Mission Statement: “We strive to enrich the lives of students by fostering academic success, promoting higher learning and encouraging graduation, employment and other life opportunities as an ultimate goal. It is our mission to provide support in the form of mentoring activities that encourage academic excellence, life skills development, self-esteem and personal growth.
School: Burgard High school Students in the Credit Recovery Program, approximately 12 students are active.
The goal for these students is graduation and beyond - employment...a good life.
The focus is to make these students aware of after High School experiences, opportunities, goal setting and long term outcomes. Expectations of a Mentor (time commitment 2 to 3 hours a week during school hours)
