Campus Ministry Immersion (CMI) Week
CMI: Buffalo
Sunday, August 17 to Friday, August 22, 2008
A special four-day introduction to Canisius College, Campus Ministry, and the spirit of our Jesuit, Catholic University.
Campus Ministry supports the religious, spiritual, and service aspects of the college. We organize service trips, local service activities, religious services, spiritual retreats, peace and justice activiites, and other great things. CMI: Buffalo will give students the opportunity to not only learn about Buffalo but partake in the essence of Campus Ministry through local service, prayer, and a retreat.
Campus Ministry Immersion Week is a chance for 25 select students from the class of 2012 to start college five days early and receive a special orientation to the activitiy and spirit of Canisius. This is a great opportunity for the incoming class of 2012 to meet their classmates and experience our campus community.
Resident students will move in during the afternoon of Sunday, August 17. Commuters will commute. All meals and program transportation will be provided. A $100 fee will be required of participants to cover the cost of food and transportation.
You must apply to be considered! Applications can be submitted electronically
here. Applications are due by 10:00am on Friday, July 11. Acceptance letters will be mailed out the week of July 14. Upon acceptance, participants have until Monday, August 4 to confirm their acceptance and turn in their $100 program fee.
