South Buffalo Community Table is a Soup Kitchen in South Buffalo that serves dinner at 4 p.m. six days a week. It was founded by Sister Celeste O'Bryan, RSM, SBCT Director in the early 1980's. Canisius College Campus Ministry has gone to the SBCT on Wednesdays since the fall of 1984.
This community service experience is limited to Wednesday afternoons.
The SBCT is a popular program among Canisius students and staff. Many student organizations and athletic teams have long made SBCT a tradition.
