These are townhouse style apartments with bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom(s). The apartments house 2, 3, 4, and 5 residents in single bedroom apartments. All apartments in this complex are state-of-the-art and include refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, basic furniture, and air conditioning. You will also be provided with wireless internet as well as cable connection for TV. A 6000 square foot community center is located in building A, and the center includes administrative offices, coin-free laundry, a computer lab, a recreation room, as well as a meeting and gathering place. The buildings are located just a short walk away from main campus!

2. Submit Housing Application
Graduate apartments are subject to availability and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We accept housing applications as well as the $200 housing deposit on a rolling timeline throughout the entire year. The earlier you submit your application materials, the greater your chances of securing your spot in Delavan. Applications can either be mailed or faxed to our office at:

Housing deposits can be made over the phone with the Office of Student Accounts by calling (716) 888-8500 during regular business hours or by mailing in a check. Checks can be made payable to Canisius College. Be sure to include "Housing deposit for (Student Name and College ID #)" on the check line. Please send all checks to:
Graduate Students will be contacted with their housing assignment via their Canisius student e-mail account with their housing assignment placement and roommate contact information.

Parking passes are also available for Graduate residents. Residents in the Delavan Townhouse complex should purchase an F permit to allow for parking right outside of the building, while a D permit will allow for parking in the college parking ramp. The number of F permits available is limited and they are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. To purchase your parking permit, please log-on to your myCanisius account.
