The office of Campus Programming & Leadership Development would like to extend an invitation to your club/organization to participate in the Griffins After Dark late night weekend programming series during the 2007-2008 academic year.  Examples from past club sponsored late night programs include Ghana Welcomes You Night, FUSION Gaming Night, and A Trip to the Islands.

Co-sponsorship of Griffins After Dark involves:   CLUB ROLE
  • Submission of a Co-Sponsorship form by the deadlines stated below
  • Contributing at least 50% of the funds needed to run the event out of your club budget
  • Being available to meet with the Graduate Assistant assigned to your event at least two times prior to the actual event for planning purposes
  • At least 50% of your Executive Board must be present at the event
  • Any advertisements outside of the flyers, table tents, and posters for the Dining Hall provided by CP&LD
  • Arranging shopping trips for any items needed from stores other than Sams Club or Wegmans
Co-sponsorship of Griffins After Dark involves:   CPLD ROLE
  • Contributing at least 50% of the funds needed to run the event
  • Two Graduate Assistants will be assigned to each Griffins After Dark program to help in the planning and implementation of the event
  • Advertisement of the event including flyers, table tents, and posters for the Dining Hall
  • Shopping for the event at Sams Club and/or Wegmans

Co-sponsoring a late night weekend program has never been easier!  Simply submit an Event Request form to CPLD today! Please fill out one form for each Griffins After Dark program that you are requesting and indicate that your program is intended to be a part of the Griffins After Dark series.

The deadline for Fall 2007 is August 1.  You will be contacted by Katie Martoche, Assistant Director for Campus Programming & Leadership Development within one week of your inquiry.  Priority for dates will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis.  If you have any questions about this process please feel free to stop in, or call the CP&LD office at x2190.
