Jason Gordon - Class of '06
Jason has been with Remedy Intelligent Staffing for over 7 years and was promoted to Area Manager in February of 2008. He oversees 4 locations (Tonawanda, Niagara Falls, Cheektowaga, and Orchard Park) and manages a staff of 13 people amongst the 4 locations.
Jason says that "the Communication and Leadership program at Canisius helped me tremendously with the skills needed for my position."
Melissa A. Eberz (Russo) - Class of '08
Melissa was married to John P. Eberz, DDS on June 30, 2007. She had worked for Assemblyman Jack Quinn for close to 4 years and in September 2008, she took a job at the Buffalo & Erie County Botanical Gardens as Interim Director of Development.
At the Gardens, she is responsible for: writing grants, securing sponsorships, annual appeal letter, "Give to the Gardens" Major Gifts program, prospect research & Cutivation Events, and Board Challenge.
Jessica L. Zyglis (Pagano) - Class of '08
After four years working in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Canisius, as a counselor and assistant director, the opportunity to venture down a new career path was presented. Since November of 2008 I've been working as the copywriter in the creative services department at Independent Health. I'm really enjoying my new position and love working for yet another organization that is so involved in our community.
