Application FeeAn application fee of $40.00 must accompany each formal application for admission to Canisius College. This fee is not refundable.
Payment of Tuition, FeesThe college bills the student directly. If a financial lender is used, the lender will pay the college directly.
PoliciesWithdrawal, Cancellation, and RefundUnofficial withdrawal does not cancel an account. No withdrawal credit will be given to any student who does not fill out the proper withdrawal forms provided by the appropriate academic dean. No withdrawals will be accepted or withdrawal credit given over the telephone. Withdrawal credit or refunds of tuition will be given to those students whose bills are paid.

Once books are distributed, and signed for by the student, they are the student’s property. Cost of books will not be refunded once a student receives them. If the student cancels the first two weeks of classes, the cost of the books will be deducted from the total tuition.
Also, once any tools and Lap Top is received by the student, if the student cancels his class, he will be deducted those costs from his tuition.
The refund policy is set by the federal government (Appendix A to Part 668—Standards for Acceptable Refund Policies by Participating Institutions).
Refunds of tuition will be calculated from the date on which the appropriate academic dean receives the refund letter.
Test vouchers are valid for one year from the date the class is completed with no exceptions.
