Yellow Belt training establishes the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and then follows the DMAIC phases (foundations, define, measure, analyze, improve, and control).  The intended audience for Yellow Belt training is individuals who will actively participate on Lean Six Sigma improvement project teams as well as individuals who might apply the tools to solve problems and improve their daily jobs.  White Belt Training is required.

Green Belt Certificate (5 day course)
April 30 - May 4, 2012 / 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Green Belt training reviews the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma, immediately followed by interpersonal change agent skills and project-related skills.  The remainder of the training follows the DMAIC phases.  The intended audience is people who are expected to lead Lean Six Sigma improvement projects in the organization - change agents who lead and support efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their organization.  White and Yellow Belt Training is required.
