Many not for profits don't have a strategic plan or don't use it if they do.  Why?  Some say it's too costly, too time consuming, and too esoteric.  A good strategic plan can provide the pathway to your organization's success and can help with the critical areas of branding, fundraising and obtaining grants.

After completing this workshop, you will know how to develop or revamp your plan, which will allow you to measure your success; learn how to engage a board in developing a strategic plan; be able to establish goals and timelines; and learn from the experiences of other organizations.
