The Office of Event Management is responsible for the scheduling, planning, and execution of all events held on campus. Whether the event is sponsored by a college department, student group or an outside client, our staff works to ensure that all clients and guests have a quality experience while maximizing the use of the facility.
The Office of Event Management is located on the 2nd floor of the Winter Student Center. This office is responsible for coordinating all events that take place in the Winter Student Center, Marie Maday Theatre, Palisano Pavilion and the Montante Cultural Center.

Set-Up Staff Hours:
M-F: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Penfold Staff Hours:
Sunday-Saturday: 1 p.m. - 11 p.m.
