The Fine Arts Department provides opportunities for students to obtain a solid knowledge of the visual and performing arts. The department offers a major and a minor in art history, a major and a minor in music and a minor in studio art.

ArtsCanisius
Professional art historians, museum curators, musicians and studio artists visit, lecture, perform and show their work on campus through the year-long ArtsCanisius program. In addition, Canisius students, faculty and staff share their talents through college-sponsored presentations, recitals and gallery shows.
