WHAT IS THE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)?

A. A free counseling program for personal or family concerns:

  • Up to 4 free sessions with a professional counselor per problem per incident.
  • If more than 4 sessions are needed, the counselor will make referrals for additional affordable resources, which may be covered by your health insurance.

B. Available to family members who live in the home.

C. CONFIDENTIAL
Anyone who chooses to call EAP can be assured of confidentiality.
NO identifying information will be provided to your employer.

D. EAP provides 24-hour access for telephone crisis consultation.

E. Located at 1967 Wehrle Drive, Suite 9, Williamsville, NY 14221.
