Abstract: Zorn's Lemma is very important in mathematical analysis and in understanding Hilbert spaces (for example). This being the case, it is not universally accepted by mathematicians because it is implied from the Axiom of Choice. The goal of this talk is to develop an understanding of Zorn's Lemma and to demonstrate its logical equivalence to the Axiom of Choice.
