Please contact the Intramural Office if you do not receive a confirmation of the schedule one week after the last day of the entry period for your requested sport.

Schedules will be available on the website approximately one week after the entry deadline.

Team entry forms will be accepted during the entry period only! Entry periods are usually one to two weeks in length.

Please fill out the form completely before submitting it.

Captains - A mandatory $10.00 Forfeit Fee must be submitted to the Intramural Coordinator PRIOR to the Captains Meeting.  Teams who do not present this payment will be taken out of the league.
