The Information Technology Services department provides all computer, media, network, and telephone resources at Canisius. The group supports all of the informational technology resources used for teaching and learning, research, and the administration of the college. Support is provided to both Mac and Windows users.
The groups within ITS include Academic Computing (Faculty Technology Services (FacTS), Student Technology Services, and Help Desk), Administrative Computing (Programmer and Analysts), Infrastructure & Telephony, Media Center, and Network Engineering and Security.
