How Does it Work?
When you click print, your document will be added to the list of jobs waiting to be released. Now you have to go to a print release station and swipe your ID card to see the list of print jobs waiting for you in the queue. Then, simply use the mouse at the print release station to select the print-job you would like, and select print.

How Do I Pay when I'm a Canisius Student?
Each semester after registering for classes (Fall, Spring, Summer) you will receive a $15.00 credit toward printing & copying. This is enough to print 300 black and white pages per semester.

Fund balances will rollover from the Fall to the Spring and from the Spring to the Summer. However, at the end of the summer, any unused printing funds will be forfeit and all accounts will be reset to the $15 starting level.

If you exceed your allotment, the additional funds will automatically be deducted from your Golden Choice account. If you do not have sufficient funds in your Golden Choice account, you will not be able to print. Students may establish and add funds to their Golden Choice account from the Current Students web page.

How Do I Pay when I'm a Canisius Faculty/Staff Member?
Faculty & Staff need to swipe their ID card to release print jobs as well. The Pcounter system keeps track of the print jobs released by each ID card and then charges them against the individual's department budget.

How Do I Request a Refund Due to a Printer Malfunction?
If you've been charged for a print job where the printer jammed, malfunctioned or otherwise destroyed the pages that you were charged for, you may be entitled to a refund. To request a refund, you'll need to log into ID Card Services and provide some basic information about the failed print job.
