Canisius College is pleased to offer students an enhanced email experience with a Google Gmail account and personalized start page. All new students are automatically set up with a Google Gmail account.

Access your H: drive (Canisius Network Storage)
All users at Canisius are provided with a certain amount of network storage. One advantage of this, is the ability to get to your files from more than one computer across the campus network.

Maintain your Personally-Owned Computer:
  • Computer Repair and Remediation Service-Level Agreement (SLA):
    Beginning with the Fall 2010 semester, the ITS Help Desk has published a     list of services available for students' computers.
    • The Help Desk will no longer be able to accept student computers for remediation and repair beyond the scope of those services on the list.
    • If those efforts are unsuccessful, it will be recommended that you take the computer to an authorized service provider.
    • For your convenience, the Help Desk has compiled a list of contact information and links below:
  • Antivirus software:
    Canisius College is advising all owners of Windows-based computers to protect their systems by downloading and installing free software from Microsoft. For more information,

  • Cleaning and virus removal tools for your PC:
    Downloads and documentation to assist you to keep your pc in good working order. For more information,
