Overview
Infrastructure supports all facets of the campus telephone systems, including installation, support and services of the legacy digital telephone switch (Siemen's 9751), the new voice over IP system (Cisco CCM), campus switchboard, campus directory and billing/trouble issues.  We will also work with departments and individuals on campus discount programs for Verizon and Sprint Cellular phone services.  Finally, we are making strides to eliminate cellular dead zones on campus.
