

In addition to the online master's in applied nutrition, candidates may also pursue continuing education and/or certification opportunities.
Graduates of the master's in applied nutrition program will be qualified to assume leadership, management or administrative roles, conduct and comprehend dietetic research, apply current research to practice, and evaluate nutritional programs among many other acquired skills.
The applied nutrition program is offered in a fully online format structured to fit the busy lifestyle of working professionals; there is no residency requirement on our Buffalo, NY campus. The online Master of Science in Applied Nutrition can be completed in as little as one year.
