Below is a rundown of upgrades made to Instructional Technology Classrooms on campus for the Fall 2009 semester. Click on the classroom name to view that room's support page.
This room now features a 36" Television Monitor and DVD/VCR combo unit in a wooden oak cabinet.
Upgraded from a Level 1 to a Level 3 classroom, CT 205 now features a SMART Board Interactive Whiteboard 680i with built-in projector, resident PC computer, laptop connectivity and DVD/VCR combo unit. The SMART Board software is loaded on the resident computer.
This room now features a 36" Television Monitor and DVD/VCR combo unit in a wooden oak cabinet.
Upgraded to a brighter LCD projector.
Upgraded to a DLP projector.
Switcher installed to select between displaying the resident Mac or a laptop on the room's 52" LCD panel.
Upgraded from a Level 2 to a Level 3 classroom, LY 418 now features a high definition projector, Crestron Color Touch Panel with video preview, resident Mac computer, laptop connectivity, Blu-ray player, DVD player, VCR, auxiliary video/audio inputs (composite and component) and 7.1 Surround Sound.
Upgraded control system and added a new Crestron Color Touch Panel with video preview. In addition, a wide screen DLP projector, Blu-ray player, AVerVision wide screen document camera and auxiliary video/audio inputs (composite and component) were installed to complement the resident PC computer, DVD player, VCR and laptop connectivity previously available in OM 210.
Upgraded from a Level 2 to a Level 3 classroom, OM 303 now features a resident PC computer to compliment the DVD player, VCR, document camera and laptop connectiviy previously available.
Upgraded control system and added a new Crestron Color Touch Panel with video preview. In addition, a wide screen DLP projector, Blu-ray player, AVerVision wide screen document camera and auxiliary video/audio inputs (composite and component) were installed to complement the resident PC computer, DVD player, VCR and laptop connectivity previously available in OM 314. This room also features a corner mounted projection screen, allowing faculty the ability to utilize both the projector and chalkboard simultaneously.
Upgraded from a Level 1 to a Level 2 classroom, OM 417 now features a 42" LCD panel for display of an instructor's laptop and the pre-existing DVD/VCR combo unit.
Replaced separate VCR and DVD player units with a DVD/VCR combo unit. Installed new switcher to select between displaying the resident PC or a laptop on the room's LCD projector.
