These decks are controlled at the Crestron panel. Simply insert your media (tape, disc) into the machine and select the appropriate yellow button on the Crestron - then use Play, Pause, Stop, and all of the rest of the controls on the second row of buttons. The only time you ever touch the VCR or DVD player itself is to insert and eject your media.
Power up the computer as usual. On the Crestron, push the yellow COMPUTER button. Your image should display on the local monitor and the projector.
1. Power-up the equipment as described above. 2. Connect the required cables to your laptop as described above. 3. Plug in your laptop's AC power adaptor. 4. Press the LAPTOP button on the Crestron.
The Doc Cam’s power must be turned on manually using the controls located on the camera itself. Click here for more information regarding the document camera found in this room.
Once the camera's power is on, press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron to display the image through both the monitor and LCD projector simultaneously.
