The Media Center is your resource for support in Instructional Technology Classrooms (ITC). Our Instructional Support Specialist is available throughout the year to train faculty in the use of equipment found in each of the four levels of ITCs. We provide:

  • training in the use of equipment (ext. 2590 to request an appointment)
  • help with the integration of technology into your curriculum
  • maintenance of the equipment in Instructional Technology Classrooms
  • rapid-response troubleshooting of technical problems

What if I experience a problem during a class?
If you experience technology issues while teaching in a classroom, please contact the ITS Help Desk at ext. 8340. Media Center staff will be contacted to provide support over the phone or dispatched to provide on-site support.

On-site support is available from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM on Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM on Friday. Click here to view the Help Desk hours of operation.
