New Trees Planted in Koessler Plaza
The Department of Facilities Management planted eleven new Cleveland Pear trees in the Koessler Plaza behind Old Main on Thursday, November 9 and Friday, November 10. The trees replace those that were damaged or destroyed during the surprise October snowstorm. According the Kevin Kwitzer, building services supervisor for facilities management, this is the first stage of post-storm tree replacement on campus. The remainder of the trees which were lost during the storm will be replaced in the spring.
