Survey for Workshops
The Human Resources Department would like to a sponsor a brown bag lunch workshop in the spring.  Prior to scheduling the workshop, we would like some input from you.  Listed below are topics which can be presented.  Please select the topic that interests you the most.  Based on the results, a workshop will be presented for the topic with the most votes.

Tuition Waiver Program Reminder
Faculty and staff who have children attending Canisius College under the tuition waiver program MUST complete tuition waiver forms and dependent certification.  Certification is required each calendar year.  This also applies to students enrolled at another institution through FACHEX or the Tuition Exchange Program.

Canisius Care Open Enrollment for 2006
Open enrollment for Canisius Care is now!  All current participants need to complete an enrollment form.  You cannot roll your 2005 election into 2006. 

If you are not currently participating but would like to do so, please stop by the Human Resources Office to complete an enrollment form.  All enrollment forms for Canisius Care need to be submitted to Human Resources by November 30, 2005.
