iTunesU Content is Now Available to Off-Campus Users
Alumni, prospective students or the general public can now access some of the content available on the Canisius iTunes site.  Visitors do not need a Canisius username and password, but not all materials are available to them.  Course materials are only available to on-campus users. Other content such as commencement ceremonies or department-specific videos are freely available to the public. They can just click the link below the login area of the Canisius iTunes login page. Visit http://itunes.canisius.edu  or follow the links on the Canisius home page to visit the site.  Please contact Scott Clark in ITS at Ext. 2467 or send an E-mail to clarks@canisius.edu) with questions or comments.

Need Technology Help?
The Faculty Technology Services Center (FacTS) will be open before and after the Christmas break for consultation on your computing and technology needs. Have you wanted to start using Blackboard but weren’t able to find the time? Do you need assistance with specific computing or training needs? Whatever your technology needs, we can help. We’ll be available on either an appointment or walk-in basis for consultation or just to answer a quick question.

New ITS Help Desk Technician
Please welcome Judith Gaume, our new help desk/operations technician. Judy is a 2006 Canisius communication studies graduate.  She started working at Canisius on December 11 and you can find her in WTC101 at the help desk.
