Channel 7 and WNED-AM radio covered the Raichle lecture April 20 and interviewed the guest speaker, James Q. Wilson, a nationally known political commentator and foreign policy expert.

Dr. Kevin Hardwick, professor of political science, did several media interviews about President George W. Bush�s visit Buffalo. An interview about the president�s announced plans aired on WBEN-AM radio in the morning and throughout the day April 13. Channel 2 aired interviews with Dr. Hardwick April 13 at noon, 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. He also did interviews about President Bush on WKBW-AM radio and Channel 2 April 15. On the day of President Bush�s visit April 20, Hardwick did an interview with WBEN-AM Radio and provided live commentary on Channel 2.

Hardwick also discussed National Security Adviser Condoleeza Rice�s testimony in front of the 9/11 commission on Channel 7�s Western New York Live program on April 7 at 4:00 p.m.

Dr. Michael Haselswerdt, associate professor of political science was quoted in the April 21 Buffalo News about President George W. Bush's speech in Buffalo about the Patriot Act.

Dr. John Occhipinti, associate professor of political science, discussed National Security Adviser Condoleeza Rice�s testimony in front of the 9/11 commission on WBEN-AM radio on April 7 at 7:20 p.m.

Dr. Greg Wood, chair of the management and marketing department, talked with Channel 2 about Dr. Gerald Rosenfelder�s life and career at Canisius after his untimely death. The story about Dr. Rosenfelder aired on Channel 2 April 12 at 5:30 p.m.
