Hollywood Producer, Director and Screenwriter to Speak at Canisius
BUFFALO, NY ― Frederick King Keller, Hollywood producer, director and screenwriter, will speak at Canisius on Friday, April 12 at 1 p.m. in the Grupp Fireside Lounge. Keller’s talk is free and open to the public.
A Buffalo native, Keller’s Hollywood directing credits include House, 24, CSI: Miami and Blue Bloods. During his talk, Keller will show clips from his work as a director, producer and screenwriter. He will also talk about careers in the entertainment industry and making it in Hollywood.
On Saturday, April 13, Keller’s father, the late Frederick A. Keller, will be honored at a memorial service open to the Canisius community and Buffalo area friends from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. in the Regis Rooms in the Winter Student Center. Frederick A. Keller taught acting, film and theatre courses at Canisius College, and was a major creative force in WNY theatre, education and film.
