Carol Egloff, CPP

Carol comes to the Center for Professional Development with 31 years in Payroll with experience for all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Canada.  She specializes in in tax compliance for: executive compensation, international mobility participants, foreign nationals, relocated employees, tip reporting, fringe benefits, Federal/State unemployment, and all Federal/State/Local payroll employee and employer taxes.  Carol has experience managing Payroll for employees: exempt/non-exempt; union/non-union; hourly/salaried; weekly/bi-weekly – for small and large corporations (120,000 employees – 170,00 W-2s) and using ADP Enterprise, ADP PC Payroll for Windows, Ceridian, In-house payroll systems, Kronos and SAP GL.

In addition, Carol has been an American Payroll Association (APA) “Certified Payroll Professional”(CPP) for 11 years, facilitated APA/BNPA Study Groups for FPC/CPP Exam Preparation and is a recipient of the Buffalo Niagara Payroll Association’s (BNPA) “Meritorious Service Award.”
