Dr. E. Christine Moll joined the Counselor Education faculty in 1996 simply walking across campus from the College Counseling Center, where Dr. Moll served as the Director of the Counseling Center and a member of the Counselor Education adjunct faculty since 1986.  As an alumna of the Canisius Counselor Education program, Dr. Moll took Dr. Caulfield’s encouragement to “get involved” to heart. Since, 1987 she has served at the State and National levels in leadership for the NY Counseling Association (now ACA/NY), ACA’s North Atlantic Region, and the Association for Adult Development and Aging (AADA). She currently represents AADA on the ACA 20/20 Initiative Committee. She was a member of the taskforce that created the 2005 ACA Code of Ethics.

Her publications include manuscripts that span adult life: from the implications for counselors in theprevention & intervention of neonaticide, to counseling issues related to older adults. Her national speaking topics include leadership development, professional identity, and the ethical care for self.

One may spot Dr. Moll’s love of the Jersey Shore upon arriving at her office door! She relishes mentoring emerging professionals.
