Jennifer E. Beebe, PhD Assistant Professor
Dr. Beebe joined the Counseling faculty in 2012. She received her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Northern Colorado. Her research interests include cyber bullying, bullying, supervision of school counselors, grief and loss, vicarious trauma, training of counselors, and prevention and education interventions in schools. In addition to being a Counselor Educator, she is a National Certified Counselor as well as a Certified K-12 Professional School Counselor in New York and Hawaii. Dr. Beebe is a former Program Coordinator for a CACREP School Counseling program, has served as a Delegate for the American School Counselor Association,and has experience presenting at the national, regional, and state levels. She teaches Guidance and Counseling in the Elementary School, Introduction to Professional Counseling and Ethics, Pre-Practicum, and Counseling Practica. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, yoga, and running.
