Sarah Ford Adjunct Professor of Sociology
Sarah Ford is a doctoral candidate in Sociology at the University of Massachusetts. Her research focuses on technology and society with an emphasis on the Internet; she also has interests in social psychology and social theory. She has taught SOC110, Introduction to Sociology, as well as Internet and Society and Sexuality and Society. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthroplogy from Carleton College and a Master's Degree from UMass; her in-progress dissertation investigates the ways in which personal bloggers negotiate public and private in their writing practices.
