Canisius College has developed a new strategic plan to steer the college into new, exciting and challenging directions for the next four years.

A Transformational Education: The Strategic Plan For Canisius College was approved by the Board of Trustees on May 6, 2011. It follows many months of discussions and ideas brought forth by Canisius faculty, administrators, and students in various formats which examined the big questions about what Canisius College is as a university and where it wants to be.

This new mission and plan reaffirms the college's Catholic, Jesuit identity in all areas of the college’s operation and set a new standard of excellence for all of stakeholders – within the college, in the community, and beyond.
