The Professional and Technical Studies (PTS) degree is specifically designed for graduates with A.A.S. degrees from accredited community or technical colleges. Canisius will accept up to 60 credit hours from approved professional or technical programs. The remainder of the program includes electives and the Canisius core curriculum which is an interdisciplinary study of science, social science, and humanities that best represents the goals and values of a Jesuit education.

The Professional and Technical Studies program is housed in the newly created Office of Professional Studies.

  • Earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional and Technical Studies in 2 years with 60 transferable credits and 15-credit semesters
  • Transfer at full junior status with 60 transferable credits

Affordable Tuition: Value in Price, Value in Education

Tuition: $6,500.00/semester; $13,000.00/year (Effective August 2010)

  • Tuition does not include fees
  • Part-time tuition is not discounted
