An upper class apartment style complex was recently built near Delavan and Main streets. Building A houses 196 upper class residents, and 130 upper class students reside in buildings C and D. All apartments in this complex are state-of-the-art and include computer access, wireless internet access, cable TV, and air conditioning.
The apartments house 2, 3, 4, and 5 residents in single bedroom apartments. A 6000 square foot community center is located in building A, and the center includes administrative offices, coin-free laundry, a computer lab, a recreation room, as well as a meeting and gathering place.
