Graduate Housing Assignments:
Graduate Housing is assigned on a first come, first serve basis. As a new graduate student to Canisius, the earlier you submit your $200 housing deposit and send us your Housing Application, the better the chances of you being assigned housing on-campus. Housing deposits can be made over the phone with the Office of Student Accounts by calling (716)888-2800 or by mailing in a check to:

Checks can be made payable to Canisius College. Be sure to include "Housing deposit for (Student Name and College ID #) on the check line.
 
Once your deposit has been made, please send the Office of Residence Life your Housing Application. Download the (.pdf) application below.

Graduate students will be contacted with their housing assignment mid-summer via their Canisus student e-mail account with their housing assignment placement and roommate contact information.

Below are some links to different departments that you may need to contact while living on-campus.

Work Orders
Should you need anything fixed in your apartment, a light bulb replaced, or wish to have your bed height changed (first month of Fall semester and first two weeks of Spring semester only*), put in an online work order. To submit the work order, you will need to use your username with the password: canisius. If it is after hours and you have an emergency work order, please call Public Safety at (716)888-2330.
 
Meal Plans
If you wish to read information on meal plans, please follow the above link. To sign up for a meal plan, please log-on to your myCanisius account.
 
Parking passes are available for Graduate residents. Residents in Main Delavan Townhouses should purchase an E permit, while residents in the Delavan Townhouses should purchase an F permit. The number of E and F permits available is limited and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. To purchase your parking permit, please log-on to your myCanisius account.
Beginning Fall 2012, all resident mailboxes will be located in Science Hall. Your mailing address will be as follows:

You will receive an email over the summer with your mailbox number included. If you will be receiving a package, the address listed above should still be used. If it is too large to fit in your mailbox, it will be sent to the mailroom and you will be notified via Canisius Gmail of it's arrival.
