- Dugan Hall Sophomore Residents of Floors 1, 3-7 check-in Saturday, August 22nd from 9am-4pm outside of the Office of Residence Life, located in the lower-level of Dugan Hall.
- Campion, Main-Humboldt, George Martin, Griffin and Village Townhouse residents check-in Saturday, August 22nd from 9am-4pm in the Village Community Center. Students who arrive after this time and date must check-in at the Office of Residence Life, located in the lower-level of Dugan Hall.
- Main-Delavan and Delavan Townhouse residents check-in from 9am-4pm Saturday, August 22nd in the Delavan Townhouse Community Center. Students who arrive after this date and time must check-in at the Office of Residence Life, located in the lower-level of Dugan Hall.
Athletes have been approved to arrive on the following dates:

| Women's Soccer | August 11th | 12:00pm-8:00pm |
| Women's Volleyball | August 10th | 8:30am-4:00pm |
| Men's Cross Country | August 17th | 8:30am-4:00pm |
| Women's Cross Country | August 17th | 8:30am-4:00pm |
These students should check-in on the appropriate date in the Office of Residence Life.
