Reserving Your Current Room or Apartment
To reserve your current apartment, you must meet the following requirements:
- Your 2012-2013 housing selection team and your current apartment must be at 100 percent occupancy.
- At least 75 percent of the current members of apartment you are reserving must be returning to the apartment and the new roommate must apply with the group. For example, a 4-person apartment needs 3 current members plus 1 new person in order to reserve their current room.
- Rooms in Bosch, Frisch, and Dugan cannot be reserved.
- Some rooms in Delavan Townhouses and Village Townhouses will not be permitted to be reserved, as they will become part of the Junior/Senior Villages. These residents will be contacted by the Office of Residence Life for further instruction.
Beginning February 1, 2012 current sophomores and juniors meeting the above criteria will be permitted to reserve their current apartment.
Step 1:
Log-in to the myCanisius portal using your username and password:
If you are eligible to reserve your room, the option will appear. If you are not elligible, the option wll not appear.
Step 2:
If you would like to reserve your room select "I prefer to live in the room I have now" and then exit.
The deadline to reserve a room is February 10, 2012 at 5:00pm.
