Summer Housing
Summer housing for undergraduate and graduate students is available in Dugan Hall. Whether you are taking summer classes, working on-campus, or fulfilling other academic requirements, you are eligible to live in campus. We have a limited amount of summer housing available so please apply as soon as possible. Dugan Hall is set-up with either living room or bathroom style suites. The type of room that you are assigned to will depend on the gender breakdown of students that request to live on-campus. There will be up to 4 residents assigned to each suite, depending upon demand.
Griff Bucks
Each full time summer resident will automatically receive $50 in Griff Bucks included with their housing, per session. Summer Bucks can be used at either Tim Horton's or Old Main Snack Bar during hours of operation. Residents will be able to add to their Griff Bucks in $25 increments. To add additional funds to your Summer Bucks, log-on to the Meal Plan website. Any unused summer Griff Bucks can be used for the fall semester.

Summer housing is also available for the Graduate Education session students that only need to stay on-campus overnight on Monday or Friday evenings from May 23rd-July 31st. There are two ways to go about signing up for housing for this program. Should you lock-in for the entire 10 week program, your charge will be $200. This builds-in 2 missed nights, so there would be no refunds at the end of the program. This option would also guarantee you a bed, in advance, on the nights you need to stay. If you think you may miss more than 2 nights, your best option would be to stay on a per night basis. The rate per night is $25 and is based on availability at the time of arrival.
Summer Housing Withdrawal
Should you need to withdrawal from summer housing during a session, refunds will follow the summer class withdrawal schedule.
Summer Housing Applications
Summer Housing Applications are due no later than 5 PM on Monday, May 2, 2011 to the Office of Residence Life. Residence Life is located in the lower-level of Dugan Hall. To fax your application, please send it to (716) 888-8320.
