Below is a link to our on-line work order system.  If you are experiencing problems in your room or apartment, that are not of an urgent nature, fill out the appropriate information and submit the work order request.  Please be sure to provide detailed information and a contact number in case there is a need to communicate with you.

In case of an emergency after business hours, contact Public Safety at extention 2330.  During business hours, Monday - Friday from 8:30-5pm, contact Facilities management at ext. 2250.

Though our Customer Service Center will gladly accept requests requiring immediate attention via telephone on extension #2250 we respectfully request that all non-urgent request be submitted using this new web-based system. 

To access the Facilities Management Work Request System, follow the steps below:
  1. Enter your Canisius College email Username:  (e.g. "doej") and the Password for everyone is: canisius.  (If you have questions, or problems call the Facilities Management Customer Service Center x2250.)
  2. Once you have entered the system you will have the option to change your password.  It is highly recommended that you change your password to one that is individually specific to you.

  3. Directions for entering a Work Request:
  • Click on "Work Request Entry"
  • Click on binoculars to find the location on campus that work is to be completed.
  • Select a location by scrolling down the list.
  • Click on "Next"
  • Enter:  Room/Area
  • Enter:  Due Date (click on binoculars to select date)
  • Enter:  Work Order Type (select from drop down menu)
  • Enter:  Your campus telephone number
  • Enter:  Description of the work requested
  • Click on "Submit"

Once you have submitted your request you will receive a confirmation that your request was submitted successfully and you will have the option to exit the system or enter another request.

At any time in the future you may enter the system to do an inquiry on the status of your work request.

When your work request has been completed, the system will automatically generate a simple Customer Satisfaction Survey requiring minimal time to complete.  Your feedback is very important to us.
