The Student Health Center is committed to offering quality care that is individualized, easy to access and effective. An important part of our mission is education. We view each visit as an opportunity to care for and educate our students to be knowledgeable consumers of health care and to understand how lifestyle choices today impact current and future health.

Important Health Information You Need to Know
Congratulations on your acceptance to Canisius College. Student Health extends a warm welcome to you and your family. We look forward to serving you over the next, very exciting, four years.
Before beginning your journey here, you must comply with the college’s health requirements.
These include a physical examination and submission of immunization records. Health forms will be mailed to you beginning in March 2013 and are due back to Student Health by July 31, 2013.
If you miss that deadline or submit an incomplete form you risk registration cancellation, access to college housing, buildings, and technology and campus events. These measures are strictly enforced.
